The AIG philosophy

Make implant dentistry simpler, more predictable, more teachable, and easier to implement.

This philosophy connects every stage of the Dentist Loop. AIG may help practices become more efficient and economically resilient, but it does not promise revenue, profitability, clinical outcomes, or investment returns.

Scientific roots of simplification

A principle stated in 2001. A system being built today.

In 2001, Dr. Zahedi and co-authors published a critical review focused on simplifying and rationalizing oral implantology. The paper framed simplification as disciplined clinical reasoning—not a shortcut—and emphasized the knowledge and experience required across both surgical and prosthetic care.

Simplification and rationalization of oral implantology

C. S. Zahedi, D. Cassin, G. Brunel, and J. P. Bernard · Rev Belge Med Dent · 2001;56(1):62–71 · review article in French.

“Procedural simplification in oral implantology is not synonymous to poor patient preparation.”

This publication provides historical context for AIG's philosophy. It does not by itself validate any current AIG product, program, clinical outcome, or regulatory status.

Truthful status by design

Know what is envisioned, being built, piloted, or available.

Every AIG initiative should carry a current status. A status label describes maturity—not safety, clinical effectiveness, regulatory approval, or investment value.

CONCEPT

Defined direction; not yet offered.

DEVELOPMENT

Actively being designed or built.

PILOT

Limited evaluation with selected participants.

BUILD · Founding Dentist Council

DEVELOPMENT

A strategic network built around dentist participation.

The Founding Dentist Council is envisioned as an invitation-based network for dentists who want to help improve education, products, clinical workflows, digital tools, laboratory systems, and the profession’s leadership capacity.

01

Clinical feedback

Surface real-world needs, friction, and opportunities for simplification.

02

Product development

Inform product requirements, usability, and teachable workflows.

03

Education & mentorship

Strengthen curricula, case review, faculty development, and peer learning.

04

AI + digital pilots

Evaluate clinician-controlled tools before broader implementation.

05

Laboratory development

Improve restorative coordination, production standards, and feedback loops.

06

Professional leadership

Build a trusted network of clinicians, educators, and strategic partners.

Participation is not investment.

Dentists may train, use products, join appropriate pilots, contribute feedback, mentor peers, or help build the ecosystem without ever becoming an investor.

Separate restricted pathway

Potential ownership is not the center of AIG.

Ownership may align interests for qualified individuals who request information. It is not a condition of clinical, educational, council, product, laboratory, or technology participation.

01
Public concierge boundary

The public AI does not answer valuation, price, ownership percentage, expected return, financial performance, risk, eligibility, or offering-term questions.

02
Authorized human review

Those questions are escalated to an authorized AIG representative through a private qualification process.

03
Definitive documents control

Any opportunity is governed solely by definitive offering documents, applicable law, suitability requirements, risk disclosures, and independent diligence, following securities-counsel review.

The dentist relationship pathway

Listen first. Qualify thoughtfully. Build the right relationship.

The AIG Concierge is designed to do more than answer FAQs. With permission, it can learn a dentist’s professional profile and route the right follow-up—without collecting patient clinical information.

  1. 01Understand interests

Training, mentorship, products, digital workflows, laboratories, council activity, or partnerships.

  2. 02Learn professional fit

Specialty, experience, implant activity, systems, technology, laboratory relationships, and goals.

  3. 03Route responsibly

AIG reviews the request and connects the appropriate educator, clinical, product, council, or strategic contact.

  4. 04Protect boundaries

No patient names, radiographs, medical histories, diagnoses, or patient-specific treatment planning through the public concierge.

Clear boundaries

Important questions, answered directly.

Must a dentist invest to participate?

No. Education, product use, technology or laboratory programs, appropriate council activity, pilots, and strategic collaboration can all occur without investment.

What is the AIG Implant Training Institute?

It is a major AIG pillar being developed around foundational implant education, advanced hands-on training, mentorship, case review, surgical and restorative workflows, and continuing clinical development. Specific programs will be described according to their current status.

Why is simplification central to AIG?

Dr. Zahedi's 2001 review examined how oral implantology could be simplified and rationalized without weakening patient preparation or the need for surgical and prosthetic expertise. AIG carries that principle forward as a design philosophy; the paper is historical context, not proof of any present AIG product or outcome.

Are all initiatives currently available?

No. Each initiative is labeled CONCEPT, DEVELOPMENT, PILOT, AVAILABLE, or RETIRED. The label should be checked before relying on a description.

Has AIG completed a U.S. manufacturer acquisition?

No completed transaction is represented here. AIG is pursuing a U.S. manufacturing and acquisition pathway. It should not be understood as closed unless AIG formally authorizes and announces that disclosure.

Does AIG’s AI provide diagnosis or treatment planning?

No. The public concierge provides general information and relationship routing. It does not diagnose, provide patient-specific treatment planning, or replace licensed professional judgment.

May I submit patient records or images?

No. Do not submit patient names, radiographs, scans, medical histories, diagnoses, or other protected clinical information through this public website or concierge.

Is this website offering securities?

No. This site provides general information only. Investor questions are separated and escalated to an authorized representative. Any opportunity would be governed solely by definitive offering documents and applicable law.

Is AIG affiliated with UCLA or Loma Linda University?

No. AIG is an independent company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by either institution.
